Erste Bank Fashion Award

The Erste Bank Fashion Award shall support the creativity and exceptional potential of fashion designers from CEE countries and presenting their work to a wider audience in Austria.

The Erste Bank Fashion Award was first awarded in 2006 at the Austrian Fashion Awards Night during the 6 festival for fashion, music & photography. The award recognizes exceptional fashion collections created by designers from Central and Eastern Europe. Selected from several nominations by an international group of experts, award winners receive a cash award of EUR 5,000.00 and are given the opportunity to present their collections at the Austrian Fashion Awards Night.              
Prize Winner: Olah Gyarfas, Romania (2006), Slobodan Mihajlović, Serbia (2007) und Jakub Polanka, Czech Republic (2008), Tanja Bradaric, Croatia (2009), Label l use.unused, Hungary (2010) und Hana Frišonsová, SUUS, Czech Republic (2011).

Erste Group supports the annual “festival for fashion & photography” and awards the “Erste Bank Fashion Award” to designers from Central and Eastern Europe.
