Jazzland

Vienna’s oldest jazz club, Jazzland, was founded in 1972 by Axel Melhardt, who started the pioneer work of bringing together international stars with Austrian musicians, an act which has changed the Austrian jazz scene decisively and enhanced cultural life in Vienna with jazz as the musical form of the 20th century.It has always been the goal of Erste Group not only to support Jazzland in its cultural program, but to offer its customers the possibility to get to know jazz in its entire diversity.
