Tanzquartier Wien – a versatile centre for dance and performance – sees itself as a workshop, studio and communicative interface for artists from Austria and Central Europe.

Tanzquartier Wien, situated in the Museumsquartier Wien, is dedicated to contemporary dance and performance art. The weekly changing programme shows local and international productions. A studio facility offers space for workshops and training for professional dancers. The attached theory and information centre, with a public library and videospace provides theoretical facilities.
