Magazine: Eurozine.com

The magazine Eurozine, which is available exclusively online, developed out of an information platform that was set up in 1983. It is devoted to the support of leading culture magazines throughout Europe. On its own website it presents essays and literary texts on themes of contemporary culture. The editorial office based in Vienna regularly presents selected articles from its Europe-wide network and sees itself as a communication platform extending beyond national boundaries. A joint conference to encourage exchange of ideas is held annually in one of the participating countries (1995 in Vienna, 2004 in Tallinn). For Eurozine culture magazines represent the "image of Europe".

The founders of Eurozine are: Kritika & Kontext, Mittelweg36, Ord&Bild, Revista Crítica, Transit and Wespennest.
